Pumpkin Carving!!

It is that time of year.... pumpkin carving. It is more of a thing that needs to get done then something I enjoy but everyone else seems to love it!! I think it is because I am not creative and I make the same pumpkin every year. Oh well, I guess it is a way to spend time together and I always love watching my girls try and clean out the pumpkin.

This year Kennady and Sydney did their pumpkins all by themselves. We helped them cut off the top but the rest was up to them. They did such a great job!! I was really happy for them.



This was Avery's first real time trying to clean out the pumpkin or as we like to say, "Scoop out the goop!". She did not love it and gave up after a few tries.




We all usually end up watching Joe because he usually takes his time trying to make a good pumpkin. This year he decided to go with the quick and easy.


In the end I think we did okay. They are not amazing but we had fun!!









Maybe next year I will try to do a really creative one........or not???
