Boston Christmas

The Boston Family Christmas!!
We always have such a great time in Logan when we go for the Boston Christmas weekend!! This year was one of my favorites. I loved hanging out with my family. We had some great times. Of course we had fun doing some of our traditions but we also did some new things this year too. Here are a few of the highlights or my favorite things!!

*Hanging out playing lots of games and watching fun movies. This year we went to Kelsi's apartment to watch The Dark Knight. All the adults watched it while the kids were upstairs watching Elf!! It was really fun hanging out and eating Kelsi's yummy cake.





* Staying at Erica's and Daren's house this year. It was fun sleeping there. They made it so nice and comfortable for us. Thanks guys!!


* Making gingerbread houses. Oh what fun this tradition is!!! I think Kelley and Erica were the winners of best house!! I must of been too busy to take any pictures!! Oh well it was fun!!

*Playing the Newlywed game. It was super fun. Joe wasn't about to play so I got to be the question giver but it was still fun. I thought it was great hearing some fun answers!! Thanks Kelley for setting it up and even bringing prizes for the winners.


* White elephants. I love that the children will not let anyone steal their gift. Joe and I gave away a book that we haven't ever read. But when someone opened it, my dad looked at it and said that it was his book. Sorry dad, we didn't mean to give away a book you had borrowed us!!


* Gift exchange. We can always count of Michael hating the gift he is given. If we only knew what to give a 15 year old boy!! But I have to say that Audrey's present made me laugh. I love all the thought that goes into the gifts. I truly think my family really tries to choose a gift that they know that other person will love!!




*Yummy Sunday dinner!! Thanks for always feeding us great food!

* Family pictures- It is always nice to update the family picture!! We just happened to do them in the cold and snow... burr!! I just hope some will turn out okay!! Maybe next year we can go indoors!! I did love the black and red!! I will post them as soon as I can!!


We loved hanging out in Logan for the Boston Christmas. It was a great Christmas memory!! I love spending time with my family and it stinks that I am not closer to them. I really miss them!!
